They operate in a facility of over 200,000 sq. ft. with refrigeration and freezer capabilities. These facilities house state-of-the-art equipment with the capacity to produce thousands of dozens of corn and flour tortillas per hour. Magnolia Foods’ suppliers of raw materials are national companies with a great reputation for high-quality products. In less than twelve years, Magnolia Foods has become one of the top producers in the industry, servicing major national food service accounts and is recognized for unique items such as sopes, huaraches, buñuelos, and other baked goods.
